Oren Ishal, DDS
 Dr. Oren Ishal was born and raised in Great Neck, New York. He graduated summa cum laude from Yeshiva University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2014. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, where he was recognized for his clinical excellence in dental implant restorations.Following dental school, Dr. Ishal completed a rigorous, dual-degree Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Kings County Hospital Center. During this time, he also earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate's College of Medicine. During his training, he gained extensive experience in the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including dentoalveolar surgery, dental implant reconstruction, bone grafting, anesthesia, maxillofacial trauma, orthognathic surgery, and oral pathology. He concluded his residency as Chief Resident, leading surgical teams and mentoring junior residents. Dr. Ishal practices the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, with a particular interest in dental implant rehabilitation, bone grafting, and dentoalveolar surgery. He is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), ensuring the highest standard of safety for his patients. He is also a member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Association. He is committed to staying at the forefront of his field through ongoing continuing education. Outside of the office, Dr. Ishal enjoys playing sports and cherishes the time he spends with his wife and their three sons. He is an active member of the community and is dedicated to improving the oral health and well-being of his patients. |
